All my pieces arrive in their own gift box tied with ribbon and are ready to give as a gift. Some of my creations are made and ready to be shipped once you purchase but some pieces need to be made to order, so please be aware some pieces will not be dispatched for up to 7 days. If you're uncertain at any time please contact me and I will give you a dispatch date. UK Postage I use First Class Royal Mail for my deliveries in the UK. Delivery times to a UK address is normally 1-4 days. Postage is £2.00 for the first item and then 70p for every additional item on the same order and delivery address. There is an option at checkout to purchase Royal Mail Signed For service if you're concerned about the security of your order. The cost for this service is £3.50 for the first item and then 50p for every additional item on the same order and delivery address. INTERNATIONAL Postage I use standard Air Mail to ship internationally, delivery time is 5-20
working days. Most customers receive their orders within 7 days from
shipping. Prices are £2.00 for the first item and then 70p for every additional item on the same order and delivery address or you can purchase 'Signed For /Tracked Delivery' at a cost of £6.00 for the first item and then £1.00 for each additional item. These options are available at checkout. Postal/Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout process and is dependent on the delivery address to give you an accurate checkout total. If at anytime you are unsure, please contact me first !
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please take note.....
Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over
a certain value entering the country. Be aware that these customs and
duties fees are the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser (Not that
any of my previous customers have had any problems !). LOST and MISSING ORDERS Unfortunately things can go missing in the post.....I will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order but if your order does not arrive I will replace the missing items and re-send them to you. I will NOT issue a refund under these circumstances for obvious reasons ! For
International deliveries please allow 35 working days before we
conclude the item has gone missing. Orders may get held up by customs
and this can delay you receiving your items by up to two weeks. If you are concerned about the security of your order please purchase the 'Signed For Delivery' at checkout.
RETURNS POLICY I'm sure you will be delighted with your handmade jewellery but sometimes things do go wrong or are unexpected so therefore returns are happily accepted as long as the following criteria is satisfied:- 1. No returns can be accepted without an initial email contact with me, for returns delivery address information and reason.
2. All returns must be posted back within 7 days, using the original mode of postage that item was sent out to you and is in the original condition with original packaging. 3. Return postage costs are not refundable. (Sorry !) 4. As soon as I receive the item, I will credit your payment or issue you with a credit note or an alternative whichever you prefer. 5. Custom orders are non returnable. 6. I'm sorry but for legal and hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings.
